Rental periods, selection processes and conditions are adapted to the specific needs of each project.
 

All rentals are subject to professional usage conditions.
 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Professional use only. The archive is available exclusively for fashion, advertising, film, television and related productions.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for all garments and accessories from pickup until their safe return to THE C.A.B.

• A refundable security deposit is required depending on the scope and value of the rental.

• In the event of loss, theft or irreparable damage, the renter agrees to cover the full replacement value of the garment.

• Garments must not be altered, dyed or permanently modified without prior written agreement.

• Certain garments may have usage restrictions depending on their condition or nature.

• Cleaning and maintenance conditions are defined per project and must be respected.

• Delayed returns will be subject to additional rental charges.

• The renter is responsible for ensuring that garments are used in safe production environments. Any use involving stunts, water, special effects or potentially damaging conditions must be discussed in advance.

• For cinema and television productions, valid production insurance or wardrobe insurance may be required.

• Detailed rental terms and agreements are provided upon request and confirmed before each rental.
